Privacy policy

The Fundamental Rights Agency (FRA) is not collecting participants’ health information. Proof of vaccination/ testing / recovery needs to be presented at the entry / registration desk and will not be saved or stored by the organizer in any form.

In case of an infection among the Forum participants, the organizers are legally required to provide the participant’s phone number and email (provided when registering for the event) to the local sanitary authorities. Should this be the case, we will inform you immediately. For this purpose only, your presence at the Forum will be noted; name and contact details will be kept for 28 days as required from the Austrian government.

Hygiene recommendations

Wearing FFP2 masks is currently mandatory in public transport, shops and public venues in Vienna.

Forum participants, whose immunity status was checked at the entrance to the Vienna City Hall, do not need to wear a mask inside the Forum’s venue.

Should there be any change to this rule by the time the Forum starts, we will inform participants and provide masks if needed.

For maximum protection and hygiene, prevention supplies (hand sanitizer and face masks) will also be available at the Forum locations in the Vienna City Hall.

Currently, there is no legal minimum distancing requirement. However, wherever possible, make sure you keep sufficient distance from other participants, especially in small areas, such as restrooms, lifts, etc. where we recommend the use of an FFP2 mask should distancing be limited.

Should you have symptoms typical of COVID-19, we ask that you refrain from attending the event and inform the Forum organisers immediately.
